Consultation and Design Services

Initial consultations are provided free of charge. Design services and detailed proposals are developed based on your specific requirements.

Payments for design work are non-refundable once the design process has commenced, as these services are customized to your specific project.

Installation Services

For installation services, we require a deposit to secure your installation date and order materials. This deposit is non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled installation date.

If you cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled installation date, you may receive a full refund of your deposit minus any non-recoverable material costs.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of installation may incur a service fee to cover scheduling costs.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our installation, please contact us within 30 days of project completion.

We will work with you to address any concerns and make appropriate corrections at no additional charge.

Warranty Service

All installations are backed by our 5-year workmanship warranty. If any issues arise due to our installation work during this period, we will return to make necessary repairs at no charge.

Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and materials vary and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
